I use this eye guard for racquetball. Although I do not use regular eyeglasses, these are great without eyeglasses. They never fog up, and they do not hinder peripheral vision. This eye guard is solid, and can absorb a shot directly on the lens. I recommend them highly.

These over the glasses eye safety glasses work for me. Good for target shooting but don't wear them otherwise-they look kind of goofy
P.S. I was at the shooting range the other day and one of the other shooters asked me "Are you going scuba-diving?" I said the glasses looked goofy but since I wear glasses these fit neatly above your own glassses.
