I bought these goggles primarily because I seem to have an issue with an abnormally warm and moist face. I was also looking forward the other improvements over the green splash-proof type sold at the college bookstore.
These are definitely an improvement in terms allowing better visibility and comfort. Unfortunately, they still fog up on me with in 10 to 15 minutes. I am aware that "anti-fog" coatings are not particularly effective in general, but I thought those who suffer from the same condition should be aware.

The "AO Safety 40670 Maxim Splash Safety Goggle, Clear Dx Low Profile Lens" are a nice pair of goggles. The lens is clear and does not add much distortion to the viewer (see photo). This makes for comfortable prolong viewing with minimal eye fatigue as your eyes are not constantly trying to focus upon an already blurry and distorted image.
The rubber straps used to hold the goggles are wide and keep the goggles in place well. The design for the head strap tension adjustment method uses a small thumb size plastic compression clamp (see photo) with small plastic teeth to secure the tension and prevent the strap from coming loose on it's own. The thumb tabs are a nice design feature, but also makes it more difficult to initially set the correct tension for the head strap or readjust for a different user. I prefer the strap not to come loose so this little bit of extra effort in the beginning for proper sizing does not bother me.
From my perspective, the shape and amount of curvature in the design of the goggles are the only major issues. I got these goggles to block out dust and possible wet debris. Unfortunately, these goggles have so much inherent curvature (see photo) built into the shape and design of the goggles that a fare size gaps (see photo) forms between the forehead and around the nose and checks when worn on a person with average or less facial profile and relief.
The goggles were fitted on to two different persons (male and female) and similar gaps formed around both users. For that reason, I do not recommend these goggles to persons of Asian descent or for those with low facial profiles. The gaps formed by the female warier were larger as the shape and size of the female skull is slightly different in shape and size to that of a male skull.
Minus 0.25 for goggles not making a complete seal.
Minus 0.25 for seal gap at top of forehead.
Minus 0.25 for seal gap around the noise and cheek.
Minus 0.25 for too much curvature in the overall design.
Minus 0.25 for head strap adjustment design.
